Terms & Conditions:
This contract is legally binding for four(4) adults, one(1) child and one(1) baby. The entire package price is to be paid is $32500. Each adult and one(1) child should pay $6500. The total package price of $32500 is due to RushEscape regardless of lesser changes in the number of persons attending the trip. That means, if someone should fall out of the trip the entire $32,500 is still due to RushEscape in order to complete this trip. Each adult will have to sign for these terms. The Adult in charge of the minor will also sign and pay on their behalf.
Cancellation Policy:
This reservation is non refundable and non changeable once signed and confirmed.
The installments made are binding to the client and goes towards the payment and prepayment security of the items in the package. We cannot make any changes once this invoice has been confirmed. That is no changes to flights, flight routes, flight dates, accommodations, accommodation dates etc.
This entire booking and its terms are firm and final.
